Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt;Develop excellent relationships with portfolio of existing customers.
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt;Work with Service Analyst to identify and implement actions to optimise operational and financial performance on contracts.
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt;Develop and present PSA renewal proposals in order to maximise customer retention.
Support the Service Sales Rep in securing new contracts and ensure the professional implementation of new contract start-ups.
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt;Identify pull-through and additional product/service opportunities, develop, cost and quote proposals (with support from Technical Service Co-ordinator for minor quotations), follow-up quotes and secure orders.
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; Manage technician resource capacity in order to fulfil service commitments and achieve labour utilisation targets.
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt;Provide Technical Service Co-ordinator with sufficient information and support to allow efficient and effective execution of contracts and pull-though work.
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt;Assist Technical Service Co-ordinator in providing technical support to technicians.
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt;Approve technician timesheets for payroll purposes.
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt;Conduct regular face-to-face reviews with customers in order to confirm performance and establish customer satisfaction.
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt;Ensure quick response to customer complaints and that issues are resolved to customers satisfaction.
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt;Ensure the implementation of safe working practice and procedure on site and maximise site safety.
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt;Ensure technician compliance with EHS and all other policies and procedures.
Ensure teams monthly CHESS requirements (e.g. safety observations) are completed.
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt;Support Technical Service Co-ordinator in identifying engineer PPE and tool needs, and ensuring records of issue are maintained.
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt;Support Technical Service Co-ordinator in identifying engineer training needs and ensuring training needs identified are fulfilled.
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt;Support the Billing Clerks in the resolution of overdue AR and invoice disputes where necessary.
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt;Lead regular team toolbox talks (with support from Technical Service Co-ordinator when required) raising any issues but particularly those concerning EHS, service KPI performance, technician utilisation, process compliance etc. and agreeing future improvement actions.
