Job Title: Project Architect\n\nLocation: Sheffield \n\nSalary: £37-43,000 DOE\n\nAbout the company:\n\nAn award-winning multidisciplinary design practice is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join its expanding team. The practice delivers innovative and technically challenging projects across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, retail, healthcare, leisure, student accommodation and mixed-use developments throughout the UK. With a strong focus on design quality, technical excellence and collaborative working, the successful candidate will play a key role in leading projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams.

The position is based in Sheffield and requires attendance in the office five days per week.\n\nBenefits\n\nFull-time office-based working environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.\nClear opportunities for career progression and leadership development.\nWeekly Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions.\nAnnual performance and career development reviews.\nCompany-wide social events.\nOpportunity to lead and deliver projects across a diverse range of sectors.\nExposure to large-scale and technically challenging developments.Daily Duties\n\nLead architectural projects from concept design through to completion.\nManage project programmes, deliverables and design coordination.\nPrepare and review planning, technical and construction drawing packages.\nCoordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and wider project teams.\nEnsure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality requirements.\nOversee compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements and industry standards.\nMentor and support junior members of the architectural team.\nAttend client meetings, design reviews and site visits as required.\nContribute to project problem-solving and technical design development throughout all project stages.Ideal Candidate\n\nQualified Architect with relevant post-qualification experience delivering projects in the UK.\nExperience leading projects through multiple RIBA work stages.\nStrong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.\nProficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit, with BIM experience advantageous.\nExcellent project management and organisational skills.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nCapable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.\nCollaborative and proactive approach to project delivery.\nComfortable working in a fully office-based role, five days per week.\nAmbitious individual seeking long-term career progression within a multidisciplinary practice. \n\nTo apply, please contact KAZ on (phone number removed) OR alternatively, send your updated CV and Portfolio across to I hope to hear from you soon
