Location: Peterborough\n\nRate: £25.50 Umbrella (Inside IR35) or £18.50 PAYE\n\nDuration: 6 months\n\nWe are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support sales and order-to-delivery processes at a global automotive company in Peterborough.\n\nThis role is a key link between customers and dealers globally, helping to manage communication and ensure smooth handling of subscriptions, leases, and orders. Sales Coordinators will operate in a complex global environment where accuracy and coordination are essential.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * First point of contact for customer and dealer queries.\n\n * Coordinate subscriptions, lease replacements, and order updates.\n\n * Support end-to-end order-to-delivery flow.\n\n * Maintain accurate records and ensure data/process compliance.\n\n * Enable customer engagement in new electric machine solutions globally.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Ability to investigate order/customer issues and drive resolution.\n\n * Accurate data entry, tracking, and record maintenance.\n\n * Clear, structured written and verbal stakeholder communication.\n\nDesirable:\n\n * Salesforce (CRM exposure beneficial but not essential).\n\n * Order management, sales support and coordination experience.\n\n * Customer service or account support background
