A welcoming and supportive primary school in St. Albans is seeking a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers and play a key role in supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.

• Providing classroom support across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Working with individual pupils and small groups
• Supporting literacy, numeracy, and classroom activities
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual
• Experience working with children is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A proactive and positive approach to supporting learning
• Able to commute to St. Albans
